Each package is per person and includes: conference attendance, accommodation for six nights (9-15 June), meals (including drinks) indicated in the programme, coffee breaks, round trips by bus and museum fee, farewell dinner and internet wi-fi.
N.B. City tax is not included and must be paid at check out IN THE HOTEL by each participant.
Please note that room bookings for conference participants will only be made upon receipt of payment (see also the Payment section below).
Please process your registration and payment as soon as possible. Should the package not be available, the organisers will take the liberty of booking the alternative category (you will be informed).
Package E – Conference + Activities: € 1200
This package is equivalent to packages A or B or C or D, except for the accommodation.
Package F – Conference only: € 900
The package includes just the conference attendance, coffee breaks and lunches.
If you are vegetarian or have particular diet requirements, please contact the organisers by e-mail at drosophilaitalia@gmail.com , so that the necessary arrangements can be made.
Payment is possible by credit card or bank transfer. Further details about the payment procedure will be available through your personal myHC2024 area.
All payments must be made within the deadline, 10 May 2024, by credit card or bank transfer (net of bank charges).
Cancellations with a refund request must be sent by e-mail to the organising secretariat and must be accompanied by a valid justification.
If accepted, cancellations within 10 May 2024 will be refunded only by 50% of the total package price; no refunds will be provided for cancellations received after 10 May 2024 or for no shows.
Abstracts can be submitted exclusively through your personal myHC2024 area; you will need to sign up for an account to have access to this area. Participants can submit one or more abstracts. Abstracts can be submitted only by the presenting author.
The abstract submission deadline is 22 May 2024. The organisers will then review the received abstracts for oral or poster presentations.
